As you can see, the Live Search is capable to appear in full width on your site. Just select the suitable module position, and set the search box width to 100% in the Layout Options, and it will fully fill out the available space. The other options is also important to keep the responsivity. The Dynamic result list width parameter should be set to Yes to resize the result box, when the search box width change.
